You’ve to get someone to manage your Adwords account and the company pick is proudly displaying their Google Adwords Qualified Company Logo. So your account will be managed by someone that has passed the Qualification.

Well in fact it doesn’t. It doesn’t promise anything of kind. of the matter is that Google offer two qualifications for professional status.
The an Adwords Qualified Individual. Anyone with this qualification has passed the its other criteria to become a qualified individual.

1) billing and mailing address in a country where company qualification is available. the list of available countries from Google.
2) Employ at least the program. Individuals must be qualified under the main company-registered My not their own account.
3) Build and maintain the minimum 90-day for the company’s My Client Center account. The spend amount varies country.
So company has met items 1 and 3 from the list above, are TWO Qualified Individuals to claim to be a Qualified Company. doesn’t big or small the company is. They just need two!
Obviously I all companies displaying their Qualified Logo are out to deceive you onto you their most inexperienced Adwords Managers. They may in fact Individuals.
My worry here is that anyone hiring someone from an assume that they are getting a Qualified Individual to run their campaigns. companies who do not always have the customers well being at business philosophy and they are unlikely to clearly explain exactly who manage your account.
My advice is to check that you are getting are paying for. Before you hire a Company to manage your account, exactly is going to manage your account and ask for their that you can check for yourself that they have indeed passed criteria.
If you are talking to cannot give you those assurances and only move on. There is no good reason why they cannot supply the fact that they have something to hide.
