If they are paying you on results you may get sacked before the results have come through leaving the business to reap the benefits of your efforts.
Reason three, simply by accepting pay on results charging you are losing the credibility of your service. Your going to work for free, put hours into analysing, tracking, being, I’ll you. win, work no loss, if it works there will be a massive increase in income and your pay will be insignificant.
The only SEO type firms I see that pay on performance are those using pay per click marketing to position your site at the top of search engines, they can guarantee it by paying for it, then you pay them. There are some firms who are struggling under heavy competition who do give in to the pressure but they are few and far between.
